For more flexibility, the i550 inverter series is available as a complete inverter or as a modular inverter (power unit).

  • Modular inverter (Power Unit): the power part of the inverter.
  • Control Unit: the control and regulation unit.
The modular system enables various product configurations depending on machine requirements.
  • i550 which enables communication via all common fieldbuses covers a power range from 0.25 to 132 kW.
  • Diagnostics via keypad, USB or WLAN
  • Compact size only 130 mm depth up to 11 kW
  • Best efficiency values, low energy costs
  • Top efficiency class for inverters with IE2 in accordance with EN 50598-2
  • V/f characteristic control with feedback
  • Sensorless vector control for synchronous motors (up to 22 kW)
  • Dynamic braking through brake resistance
  • Flying restart circuit, PID controller
  • Safe Torque Off (STO) as accessory
