In combination with three-phase AC motors, our helical gearboxes form a compact and powerful drive unit. Numerous options at the input and output end provide for the drive to be exactly adapted to your application.

The robust helical gearboxes feature high permissible radial forces,closely stepped ratios and a low backlash. They are available in 2-stage and 3-stage design with a output torque up to 3000  Nm (Main operation ) or up to 14000 (Inverter operation) and a ratio of up to i= 370.

Three-phase AC motors as a basis for geared motors 

  • In a power range of 0.06 to 22 (Mains operation) kW or to 55 kW (Inverter operation), Lenze offers mains-operated three- phase  AC motors for basic tasks.

  • These drives come in different efficiency classes and can be used for the versions required for mains operation.

  • IE1 motors up to a power of 0.55 kW

  • IE3 motors from 0.75 kW to 22 kW (Mains operation) or to 55 kW (Inverter operation)
